Update: Access Control and Test Generators

We're excited to announce several updates and new features on the platform today!

Seat Allocation Changes

Based on feedback from our users, we've made an important change: deleted members will no longer occupy seats in your space.

Previously, if a member took a seat and was then deleted by an administrator, they would still hold that seat until the end of the billing month. With this update, only active members will occupy seats, allowing you to immediately recover seats by deleting members from your space.

Additionally, you can now use the "Seated" filter in the member list to quickly find users who are currently occupying a seat (i.e., being billed).

Access Control

We've introduced more granular controls in our access management interface. Now, you can select which features and areas will be accessible to administrators within your space. Permissions can be set either across the entire space or for specific resources like problems, contests, or courses.

Test Generators

You can now use programs to automatically generate test data instead of uploading it manually. This will simplify test management and help avoid mistakes when setting up tests. You can generate both input data and the corresponding answers.

With this update, we're also making changes to the import from Polygon feature, which will now use the "Standard package" and Eolymp's test generation system to create tests.

Contest Overview

We've added a new "Pages" section to the contest administration UI. This feature allows you to publish additional information about your contest, such as its description, rules, and other relevant details.
