Eolymp Website Migration

TL;DR

After 4th of May at 00:00 UTC, site www.eolymp.com will change address to groups.eolymp.com. These changes only affect website address, everything else will continue to work as is.

As part of upgrading and improving our system, on 4th of May at 00:00 UTC, we are going to change the address of our existing website www.eolymp.com to groups.eolymp.com. We are making this change to launch our new company site.

Going forward, we will re-implement features provided at www.eolymp.com and retire the website in August 2024. The Basecamp website will provide everything necessary for our community: problem and contest archive, ranking, discussions, learning materials, courses and so on. The console will replace groups and will provide everything necessary to manage your own virtual classroom, students, contests and so on.

As part of upgrade, we will setup redirects to keep existing links to problems, user profiles and contests working. For example, link to a problem www.eolymp.com/en/problmes/1 will redirect to basecamp.eolymp.com/en/problems/1.

In conclusion, here is a complete list of websites we will maintain:

  • eolymp.com - site with information about our company

  • groups.eolymp.com (formely www.eolymp.com) - legacy website, will be retired in August 2024.

  • basecamp.eolymp.com - site dedicated to our community, learning programming and practicing

  • console.eolymp.com - site used to create spaces, virtual classrooms, manage your students and contests

  • support.eolymp.com - site with documentation and helpful information for the users

  • translate.eolymp.com - site which allows users to contribute translations to other Eolymp sites

  • accounts.eolymp.com - site which implements a centralized login interface

The migration and reorganization will take time, and we are apologizing in advance for any inconvenience caused by these changes.

As always, if you have any questions, suggestions or remarks about these or other changes, please reach out to us using the feedback form.
