Achievements are live
Achievements are now available in every space. They are small rewards you can hand out for the things you want to encourage — solving a first problem, finishing a course, placing well in a contest, sticking with it over time — and they are meant to do one thing above all: give students a reason to keep learning and solving more.
Setting one up is straightforward. You give it a name, an image, and a short description, and it becomes part of your space. From there you can award it to a member yourself, straight from their page, or let automation do it for you — a rule can watch for whatever you care about and grant the achievement the moment it happens, so you are not doing it by hand every time.
An achievement can be earned once, or set up to be earned again and again, with the count shown each time. Whatever a member earns shows up on their profile for others to see — which is part of the point, a visible collection people want to grow.
You will find Achievements under Members in your console. For how to create and assign them, see the achievements guide.
